Data Reporting.

Our goal is to provide accurate and comprehensive data for our customers to make informed breeding decisions. Collecting a variety of metrics from birth through maturity allows us to improve our Simmental genetics. Since the 1970’s we have collected data, ranging from weights at various stages of growth to genomic profiles.

We utilize Total Herd Enrollment (THE) through the American Simmental Association (ASA) to maintain detailed records on each animal in our herd. This also provides our customers free registration for the first progeny of any bred female purchased.

Genetic Testing.

Genomic testing continues to evolve and we’re excited to be utilizing this technology in our operation to help us advance our genetics. We participated in the ASA’s Cow Herd Roundup (CHR) in 2019, which enabled our herd to be parent-verified by DNA and also create Genomic Enhanced (GE)-EPD profiles. Our customers can be assured they’re investing in a verified pedigree, built on generations of validation.
